A very bad experience today. The 'man behind the desk' totally lost it when I tried to book an app't. Yelled and screamed at me then hid behind a door when my husband came back with me. When trying to book a previous app't, he told me 'they need money, money, money!' I guess he forgot I was a customer. Will never return again. Sorry, V, you were always good to me.
